Returns & Exchanges – Aura Nation
Because all of our items are made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges in the rare case that something goes wrong on our end.
We’ll happily sort things out if:
• You received the wrong size
• The wrong product was sent
• The item arrived damaged
We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or wrong size selections, so please double-check our size chart before ordering.
To help cover production and restocking, approved exchanges include a $10 AUD handling fee per item.

Exchanges will only be processed once the item has been received.
Return postage is your responsibility.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges from outside Australia at this time.
